Charlie Roberts serves as Director of Sales at TCCI Manufacturing, where he leads the company’s operations across OE truck, off-road, transport refrigeration, and bus markets. Since joining TCCI in 2006, his leadership has driven more than 300% growth in sales and the successful launch of 20+ new products in the last six years, including TCCI’s breakthrough electric compressor. 

With over 33 years of experience in the mobile HVAC industry, Charlie has been an active supporter of MACS, serving on the Board of Directors for the past eight years. He played a key role in the organization’s rebranding, technology initiatives, membership growth, and steady leadership through the Covid pandemic. 

As the industry continues to evolve, Charlie leverages his compressor expertise to help customers adapt to new technologies and achieve their performance goals. He earned his degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and lives in Frisco, Texas.
