MACS Treasurer
A distinguished professional with over 20 years of experience in automotive air conditioning systems and electric vehicles. She holds an Automotive Technician license as well as a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Marketing. As the founder of Mecanea tu Día, an educational platform providing seminars, workshops, and certifications, Agnes addresses the modern needs of automotive technicians, focusing on electrification, HVAC systems, and operational management. Her leadership at Auto Air Parts of Puerto Rico has positively impacted over 2,500 mechanics and students. She has also served two terms on the MACS board, contributing significantly to the organization’s development. For her dedication, Agnes has been honored with the Leadership Award Robert Belman Memorial and the Ambassador Award.

Pam Oakes
SME Consultant, autoINENG.io | MACS Secretary
Pam an SME Consultant at autoINENG.io, provides automotive training at all levels, including train-the-trainer, professional technicians, and scholastic programs. With over 20 years of hands-on experience running a 12-bay shop in Florida, she specializes in HVAC training, EPA regulations, and refrigerant conversions.
A designated MACS/EPA-609 instructor and test proctor since 2016, she has developed ASE-A7 test prep programs and contributed to ASE exam updates. Additional expertise includes ADAS calibration, fleet training, and technical curriculum development for major corporations. An ASE Master Technician with certifications across automotive, HD truck, and collision repair, [Name] is also a member of SAE and the National Science Foundation’s NCAT committee. MaryJo VandenBrink
Engineer & Business Development Manager at Honeywell – Vice Chairman
Mary Jo VandenBrink is an Engineer working as a Business Development Manager for Honeywell. Known to many as “MJ”, most of her career has been working in the automotive compressor business at Denso, Sanden, General Motors and Stellantis, before moving to Honeywell. Honeywell has been an active member of MACS for almost 30 years, and since moving to Honeywell I have participated in MACS and I also currently serve on multiple SAE committees. I understand that the HVAC industry is rapidly changing, and I am committed to serving MACS to the best of my ability.

Aaron Becker
Owner & President of AirSept, Inc. – MACS Chairman
Aaron has spent over 30 years in the mobile HVAC industry, specializing in developing and manufacturing innovative service solutions for complex automotive repair challenges. Since becoming president of AirSept in 2001, he has led its growth from a small family business to a global Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier for 18 vehicle manufacturers and major aftermarket companies.
A dedicated MACS member for 26 years, Aaron also serves on multiple SAE committees. His extensive experience collaborating with OE engineers, manufacturers, and distributors provides valuable insight to MACS members. As mobile climate control technology evolves, he remains committed to advancing education and innovation in the industry.

Andy Fiffick
Founder and CEO -Rad Air Complete Car Care & Tire Centers- Past MACS Chairman and CEO
A lifelong “gear-head”, Andrew’s career started at the early age of six, when he fell in love with cars while helping his father work in his garage. His dad was a diesel truck mechanic and taught him to do things right the first time—a lesson he learned well and practices to this day. He attended the Lincoln Technical Institute and Marketing Baldwin Wallace College. He’s now the President & CEO of Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Centers as well as Cleveland Hybrid, which has ten service centers in the Cleveland, OH area.
He loves boating, Harley rides with his wife Elissa, and enjoys time with their two daughters, two sons-in-law, and four grandchildren. He’s now served on the MACS board for 22 years, serving as Chairman since 2007.
