Megan Capie

Megan Capie joined the MACS team in February of 2024 and is currently serving as the Executive Director. Megan has 15 years of experience in association management, operations, and project management. Her key expertise lies in organization membership growth, governance, certification programs, and strategic planning. Megan has applied her skillset for multiple models including trade, academic, and professional associations.
Since beginning her association management career, Megan has managed product certification programs for a major juvenile products association, during which she traveled to Hong Kong and mainland China to present requirements to testing facilities. In addition, she has served as project manager in the development of a comprehensive advocacy program and launched a multi-track certificate program for an event planner’s association. She has also led several associations through lengthy strategic planning events from preparation to implementation.
Megan graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing. She lives in New Jersey with her husband Ted, daughter Charlotte, and her pit bull rescue Bailey. When Megan is not helping associations achieve their strategic planning goals, you can find her in the garden.
Peter J. Coll

Peter was previously employed by Neutronics Inc. for 25 years serving within several divisions. At the time of his departure, he was vice president of sales where his responsibilities included financial profit and loss, business development, education, and industry leadership for both domestic and international business.
Peter maintains an active relationship with several government regulatory agencies as well as automotive original equipment manufacturers, refrigerant producers and service equipment providers providing expertise on refrigerant contamination, counterfeiting, identification, and service procedures.
Peter is a past member of both the MACS and MAC Partners boards of directors. He currently serves as vice chair of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Interior Climate Control Service Committee, the SAE TMR CRP Steering committee and is a member of the SAE G21R Counterfeit Materials committee. In addition to his service to SAE, he has acted as a subject matter expert consultant to U.S. government agencies, foreign government agencies and the United Nations.
Lynn Marie Fee

Lynn joined Macs in 2001 and manages all MACS accounting and personnel needs. She is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a BS in Accounting and 26 years of experience in accounting and auditing. Her experience in human resources grew out of compensation and benefits responsibilities. Lynn aids MACS members by managing the overall financial health of the organization and helping manage MACS goals and objectives each year. Lynn enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
Emily Geliebter

Emily joined MACS in June of 2024, bringing extensive knowledge of event management and execution. Possessing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, she has diversified her experience across various areas, including senior services and forensic science. Her enthusiasm for events is a valuable asset to the MACS team. In her free time, Emily is dedicated to coaching soccer and cherishes moments with her family and her dog, Louie.
Maria Watchous

2024 will mark the 25th year of Maria’s employment with MACS. She is always looking for the most efficient and profitable way to manage MACS resources. Maria manages MACS property and support staff. Maria is always available to help members and customers find the right solutions to their needs. A sibling of seven and mother of four, family is most important to Maria followed by traveling and being out in nature, either on her two legs or a horses’ four.
Steve Schaeber

Steve joined MACS in 2013 and is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology. Steve provides technical support to MACS members, provides mobile A/C training classes and writes air conditioning related technical content. He is also involved in the greater automotive industry on behalf of MACS members through the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), Human Factors Technical Committee 6 (SAE-HFTC6) and Technology and Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Association (TMC).
Lisa Medina

Lisa joined the MACS support staff in July 2021. She can process invoices, payments and assist with MACS event registration and offer information about the Mobile Air Climate Systems Association. Lisa manages the MACS Proctor Program as well as assists in accounting procedures.
Lisa spends her free time hiking, cooking and spending time with her family.

Giselle joined MACS in 2018. In her role as a MACS customer support specialist, she is available Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5pm and can answer questions related to MACS Section 609 certification program and assist with MACS event registrations, and offer information about the Mobile Air Climate Systems Association.

Victoria joined MACS in 2018. In her role as a MACS Customer Support Specialist, Victoria is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm to answer questions related to MACS Section 609 certification program. She can assist with MACS event registration and offer information about the Mobile Air Climate Systems Association.
Personal interests: hiking with friends, chili and other healthy recipes, veggie gardening, great coffee, intriguing cat videos, cute horse videos, paintings and art museums, fixing old things to last (including myself).
