HFCs, including R-134a, are being phased out by the US EPA under the AIM Act. Over the next 5 years, R-134a will become less available and likely more expensive. Introduction to ISEEE Cab Theory 🚚

Introduction to ISEEE Cab Theory Occupational exposures to respirable crystalline silica (also known as silica dust or quartz dust) cause adverse health effects, including silicosis and other nonmalignant respiratory diseases. MSHA (the US Mine Safety and Health Administration) issued a final rule in 2024 to reduce miner exposures to respirable crystalline silica and improve respiratory protection for all airborne hazards. In this presentation, Jeff Moredock, president of ISEEE (the International Society of Environmental Enclosure Engineers), will discuss the MSHA rule and educate attendees on the best practices and state-of-the-art approaches for developing compliant operator enclosure air quality. Note: This class is a primer to a 2-day Advanced Cab Theory Workshop, which will be held in conjunction with MACS at the Sy-Klone International’s Jacksonville facility in the Spring of 2025.
