Vice President of Marketing and Franchise Development - Rad Air Complete Car Care & Tire Centers

Bill Snow is Vice President of Marketing and Franchise Development at Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Centers in Northeast Ohio. Bill grew up in Mentor, and after school, you’d find him and his friends working on cars in his driveway. As time went on, he began working on motorcycles in his parents’ garage and later transitioned to working with race cars.

Bill loves Cleveland and stayed home to attend Cleveland State University and Case Western Reserve University. He joined Rad Air to combine his passions for helping people and working with cars.

Today, he oversees marketing programs and enjoys getting involved in the neighborhoods that RadAir serves.

One of Bill’s passions is inspiring today’s youth to pursue careers in our industry. In 2020, he launched the Rad Air Rising Stars Racing program at Painesville Speedway, which not only allows students aged 12-16 to get behind the wheel of a race car but also connects high school students with local businesses for valuable, hands-on experience.

Bill has been a MACS member since 2018 and is a regular presenter at the annual MACS Conference, providing training and insight for shop owners and managers.
