Online voting will begin in late November, and results of elections determined by Dec. 31, 2021.
MACS volunteer directors meet in person or virtually three times annually.
The board is made up of thirteen members, four from the service and repair division, four from distribution and four from manufacturing plus the past chairman.
To be eligible to run for the MACS board of directors the bylaws state: you must have been a member for four years and have attended at least two MACS conventions.
You must also be employed by the company you represent.
