MACS will have a variety of heavy-duty and off-road presenters beginning at 8 am on Thursday, September 30. One will be AEM Update: Snap application for Off-highway R-1234yf.
John Wagner of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) will discuss how a group of dedicated individuals representing equipment manufacturers, air conditioning design, production companies and refrigerant manufacturers have worked together for the past three years on U.S. EPA application for use of R-1234yf in certain types of off-highway work machines. The session will provide an update of the process, the application and the lessons learned as well as the uses of R-1234yf on off-highway equipment in global markets.
