Meet The New Leadership Team Members

Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and has diversified her experience across various areas, including senior services and forensic science. Her enthusiasm for events is an asset to the MACS team. She is excited to be jumping headfirst into the 2025 MACS Training Event and Trade Show!

Final Thoughts From Leadership

“I will never forget that day in December 2021 when Andy Fiffick called and asked if I would consider taking over for Elvis as President of MACS. Now, two and a half years later, it is time for me to step back and turn MACS over to Executive Director, Megan Capie, and her team so I can tend to the needs of my family. It has been a most rewarding experience, and I will remain a part of the MACS family supporting Megan’s needs and advocating for our industry including the shop owners, who count on MACS to support them. Thank you to the members, my colleagues, the MACS Board, and most of all, the wonderful staff at MACS for your support during this journey,” remarked Peter Coll reflecting on his time with MACS.

“I am excited to start my new role as the leader of MACS. The association has a rich sense of community and history, and I plan to draw from these as I work to expand our membership through increased engagement and ongoing educational opportunities,” said Megan Capie.
