Centro Studi Galileo, a new training in the USA: great success during Orlando’s 2025 MACS’ TETS

For the first time in the United States, Centro Studi Galileo (CSG) organized the first EU-regulated Mobile Air Conditioning Attestation at the 2025 MACS Annual Training Event & Trade Show in Orlando, Florida. This prestigious event is one of the most important gatherings for mobile air conditioning professionals. It brings together experts from around the world to share knowledge and enhance technical skills.

The training was introduced by Centro Studi Galileo (CSG) CEO, Marco Buoni, who emphasized the importance of international-level training and setting common standards in the mobile air conditioning sector. The European regulations already require certification for commercial refrigeration and attestation for mobile air conditioning. These regulations make structured training essential to ensure safety and competence among technicians.

Led by Max Vanderhenst, an internationally recognized expert, the EU MAC course combined theoretical lessons with hands-on practical exercises. This allowed participants to perform all essential operations for vehicle air conditioning maintenance and repair. At the end of the training, technicians took a theoretical and practical test to reinforce their newly acquired knowledge.

The initiative received highly positive feedback, with TEXA, the company partnering the training, expressing great satisfaction with the program. Participants particularly appreciated the course manual and the structured training approach. These tools are not available in US under the EPA certification 609. Many showed interest in obtaining a certification similar to the European model.

CSG extends its gratitude to MACS for its support in organizing the event and to the partners, TEXA and A-tech training, for providing the necessary tools, reaffirming its commitment to spreading specialized skills and expertise worldwide.
