An engineer and business development leader at Honeywell, MaryJo has worked with top industry names like GM, Stellantis, and Denso. Her deep knowledge of automotive compressors and commitment to MACS and SAE committees help shape the evolving MVAC industry.

Agnes A. Perez | MACS Treasurer
With over 20 years in automotive air conditioning and EV systems, Agnes is a leader in technician education. She founded Mecanea tu Día, empowering mechanics with training on MVAC, electrification, and operations. Her work at Auto Air Parts of Puerto Rico has impacted thousands, earning her multiple leadership awards.

Pam Oakes | SME Consultant, autoINENG.io | MACS Secretary
Pam’s expertise spans decades of hands-on experience, from owning and running a 12-bay shop to training technicians worldwide. As a MACS/EPA-609 instructor, she develops industry certifications and ASE prep programs. Her passion for education and innovation keeps the industry moving forward.
