IOT Diagnostics and Predictive Maintenance

What is IOT diagnostics and predictive maintenance?  Eric Weiss of Mobile Climate Control will explain how the “Internet of Things” makes connectivity with A/C control units possible. This technology is proving itself to be a powerful tool, providing engineering and service data not only for field trial units, but also for full scale production systems in all types of machines from skid steers to buses. This class will take place on Thursday, February 2 from 2:45-3:30pm

Data can be pulled LIVE every minute or every 30-seconds, and in some cases, this connection can be maintained 24/7 with the vehicle. With this data, when the customer says they have a fault, you can go back and look at the data, find out when it occurred, and exactly what happened.

This presentation explains the technology that not only helps diagnose systems that are currently experiencing issues, but also has the power to help prevent the machine from going down in the first place.
